I chose to work for Trinity Consultants because of the connection I had with the people I met during interviews and hearing about the long tenure and low turnover of staff. I knew to look for companies with good staff retention because that means they treat their employees well and people like their jobs. I have found that to be true in my three and a half years with Trinity now. I have grown to like the dynamic variety of projects supported with Trinity and the myriad of different skills developed. Each day is different. The balance of work between technical calculations and modeling, regulatory analyses, and engaging with clients keeps things interesting. I have been able to learn and grow so much in my time with Trinity so far and I look forward to many more years to come.

I joined Trinity Consultants because I wanted to take my experience as an engineering student and apply it to a job that was people-oriented and allowed me to explore a wide range of industries. In my time at Trinity, I’ve had the opportunity to both work on a variety of projects and develop my own areas of expertise. As someone who was interested in air dispersion modeling early on, I’ve had the opportunity to grow my experience in that subject area without sacrificing opportunities to try new projects and work with great people. As a Senior Consultant, I now support clients in a variety of industries including data centers, surface coating, Portland cement, lime manufacturing, oil and gas, and more. My project work covers a broad range as well, including air dispersion modeling, routine compliance support, new construction permitting, and stack testing support.

I always knew I wanted to be at a company where the people mattered, the work provided a good challenge for me and there were no perceived barriers to growth. It was easy to tell from my recruiting experience (straight of grad school) that Trinity would be all of that and more. 16 years into this journey, across 4 different offices, growing from an entry-level consultant to managing a $3MM office and the careers of those under me; these must-haves on the job continue to hold strong.
